Vishal comes from Bordha Village in Tapi District, Gujarat State. This village is very remote and access to the village is very difficult. Riding a motor cycle or walking through the hilly terrain is the only way you can reach this village. His parents abandoned him looking for job out of state and never heard from them. He is staying with his very old grandma in a hut made of blue tarp. He is forced to do child labor for food to feed his grandmother and himself. He wants to get a good education to become a police inspector. He asked to be taken to the orphanage and for the overseers to be his “Papa and Mama”.
