Saritaben is from Budwada Village in Tapi District, Gujarat State. This village has 200 huts made of blue tarp and sticks. The floor is the bare earth and when the rainy season comes, these huts will be destroyed and they usually seek shelter in the streets. She is the only child in family and both her parents are very sick and cannot work. The whole family lives off the mercy of local people. She wants to get a good education to become a teacher or college professor. She has a kind heart and is very loving. She loves to dream about a great future ahead of her. Young village girls can often times be targets for human trafficking.
