Mehul is from Julvan Village in Tapi District, Gujrat State. Mehul is from a very remote village, isolated from town civilization Fishing was the occupation of this village, until the river dried out about two years ago. His parents abandoned the children and left the village in search for work. Mehul never heard from his parents ever again. He was forced into child labor by helping the other villagers by farming. He wants to go to school to get a good education. He hopes to become a cricket player or to start a motor mechanic shop in the city.
